I have 2004 nissan maxima with a 6cd changer bose system.  the unit works fine, however, my cd player is jammed.  Every time I push eject I hear something but nothing happens and the the screen display syas error.  I donot have a warranty and every time I call they tell me the price is $280-360.  Is there anyway I can fix this????

Hi Naeemah.

Yeah you can get it fixed , we dont fix factory radios. and when we have people that doesnt want an aftermarket radio we send the factory radio in for repair at a local electronic repair shop. we havent had a single customer coming back complaining about the job done. and its fairly unexpensive a job like that would average around 35-70 dollars around here, i dont know what it would cost on your area but if i was you id take it to a professional audio video repair shop, and ask for an estimate , that would be the unexpensive way to go. You have another choice replace the factory radio for an aftermarket. and i assure its not gonna be anywhere close to $280-360.
