Car Stereos: replacing radio, radio casette, 1995 chevy 1500

Question
Removed factory radio/casette from 1995 chevy 1500 ext cab p/u
It is a delco(dolby electronics model 16179985)
Replacing with dual electronics model xdm6820 radio/cd that has a harness that of course will not plug into factory plug in dash. I NEED the color code of wiring  on plug from factory in truck. Got info elsewhere that does not match my wiring colors.
I have  black, lt green, navy,dk blue, lt blue, brown,
2 yellow, 2 tan(i think maybe grey) 2 dark green, purple/white, orange, green/white stripe,
any help?? The wiring harness from the dual has color code
schem on radio housing. I will wire straight from new one to factory wiring without a harness. i guess this will be my quickest and cheapest route since this is just a work truck.. Thanks

Answer
Ronnie please tell me that you did not cut the factory harness, do yourself a favor and run to the nearest car audio shop and ask them for a wiring harness for your pick up that will save you at least 3-4 hours of trying to figure out wich wire is wich it costs around 12dollars (+tax). and just plugs in to your factory harness and has the matching color codes from your radio. thats just my advice but if you still want the color codes i dont have my book with me its at the shop but i can get back to you on monday if you still want me to. just let me know.

Good Luck!.
