Car Stereos: Dual dvd player wiring harness, free customer support, dual dvd player

QUESTION: Hi i have a dual xdvd8181 and I've had it install for about 2 months with no problems but last week i hit a bump on the road and lost all power. I took out the player and noticed the wiring harness that connects to the dual deck fell apart. the power wires are no longer hooked to the plug and i was wondering if there is any online site that could order me a plug. it would be nice to have one that i don't have to splice. hook from factory harness to after market deck. I've tired to contact dual but the number i called wasn't right so this is a last resort.

thats messed up man i wonder how did the bump caused the harness to brake. any way i got here an 800 number that might help its a toll free customer support number,

you can also go to a Dual dealer and have them order you a new harness. i can also provide you with the address of a dealer near you if you wanna leave me your state and zip code.

im sorry man the only dealership closest to your area it would be walt mart on 18185 ZANE STREET  ELK RIVER zip code 55330 its 7.44 miles away from your zip code but they are NOT gonna get you the plug that you need, there is a best buy 9.56 miles away on 12633 RIVERDALE BLVD  COON RAPIDS 55448. but there is not a single dealer (small) besides those on 250 miles. :S i think you are better off calling dual direct and order one.
