Car Stereos: Lights flashing on cd changer, 2000 chrysler 300m, infinity system

Hi- I have a 2000 Chrysler 300m with the Infinity system.  I have discs stuck in the 4-disc changer so I took out the changer, unplugged it, and tried to get the cd's out (which I couldn't).  Now, the changer just flashes. I guess it's a security thing and when I called the local Chrysler dealer, he said to leave the key on for 30 min and the chip in the key would reset it.  Of course, it didn't work.  So I still have cd's stuck in the changer and it still flashes.  Any help would sure be appreciated!

yeah it looks like it might be a security feature on your changer, i couldnt find any owners manual online for that specific car, but if you have it you might wanna look tru it see if there is a way to input a code, ussually it should ask you for a code on the radio but i dont know if there is a sequence of buttons that you need to press or what, it should tell you on the manual.

sorry if i wasnt of much help, you probably knew that already, we ussually dont deal with factory stuff, most of the time people just ask us to bypass factory stuff to put new aftermarket.
