QUESTION: rockfor punchs P1. 2 12's. in a 1995 camaro z28. the box is kind of small because of the placement.

Answer
The punch series tend to perform a bit better in a vented enclosure. Vented enclosures will always play a bit louder than sealed but what your trade off is usually sound quality. Tuning a box like this takes some pretty precise calculations. My recommendation to you is to measure the internal cubic volume of the box and approach one of the local installation centers to advise the diameter and length of the vent. You will want to ensure the edges of your port are chamfered so when the port unloads, you won't have any annoying noise that would impact your sound quality.
