Car Upholstery: Headliner, tack strip, chevy impala

I have a 1969 chevy impala. My headliner is starting to sag in the back. How do I fix it? Also, in the back where the speakers are, the material is faded away. Is there any way to fix that?

This is a rod type headliner. If it is in good shape you can remove the trim at the back window and restretch it. There are teeth next to the roof or it could be a tack strip. Be careful not to tear the headliner or it will need to be replaced. The parcel shelf can be dyed or recovered. Hope this helps. Mark.
