Car Upholstery: seats, jc whitney catalog, local junk yards

Question
I have a Jeep Cherokee with old Cloth seats, worn out clothes seats... the drivers seat specifically.  Is it possible to have them reupohlstered, with a different material?  Instead of the original cloth and vinyl combination, could it be done completely in vinyl/ faux leather?  Would it be much less to have it done in cloth?
What should I expect something like this to cost?  How much more would it cost to have the back bench seat done as well?

Also-- when the seat is redone, is the foam inside them replaced?  If not, is it expensive as well?

Thanks alot... sorry about the number of questions.
