Is NASCAR is back with the testing this year due to the banned of last year?

Hi Ryan,

Actually NASCAR's new policy for 2010 is that they can't test at any "NASCAR sanctioned track used in National series racing."

Basically, this means that they can't test at any of the tracks they use in the Sprint, Nationwide, or Truck Series.

So teams will have to use tracks that are similar to the ones in NASCAR, but not the actual NASCAR tracks.
