NASCAR Racing: WINNINGS, race earnings, bogus reason

Question
Do all drivers, besides  the top 3, who make it through the final lap at the Daytona 500, receive pay for their efforts?

Answer
Yes, each and every driver receive a payout in every race. Earnings depend on finishing order and primary sponsors, and contingency sponsors (the little decals on the front fender and behind the front tires). NASCAR is thinking of putting a rule in place for the "Start & Park" teams who start the race then come up with a bogus reason as to why they retired from the race, because they pay the entry fee and then start the race and head to the garage and collect the payout which is usually $10,000 for last place and pocket about $6,000 or so.
