NASCAR Racing: Photo Request from Rockingham 2-23-01, tony eury sr, ricky rudd

Question
I was seated in turn 4 at the Daytona 500 2001.  I took 200 pictures that day.  The following Friday there was a special ESPN news conference from Rockingham.  Michael Waltrip talked about an amazing moment that he would always cherish.  He said me and Dale and these guys were running 1,2,3&4 in the Daytona 500.  All you'd have to do is find a picture from that point in the race to realize how great Dale was and where he was headed with his teams.  Then Ty Norris said to that point if there are any photographers out there who got that shot there's several folks at our shop who have asked me for it and would like to have it and hold onto it for the rest of their lives. I went through my pictures and there it was and it's an awesome shot of them coming out of turn 4 running 1,2,3&4 with 11 other cars in tow.  This occurred with 30 laps to go for a brief moment and to this day I am the only person to produce the photo.

Since then I have managed to get it autographed by everyone in it.  I've been able to meet and shake the hands of Steve Park, Michael Waltrip, Dale Jr., Ken Schrader, Jeff Gordon, Jeff and Ward Burton, Jeremy Mayfield, Ricky Rudd, Tony Stewart Jason Leffleur Kenny Wallace, Robby Gordon and John Andretti.

Mike Helton has seen it and believes that it is worthy of a spot in the Hall of Fame.  Tony
Eury Sr. has seen it and said that nobody ever produced the photo that was requested. I'm a carpenter from Wilmington Ma. and a lifelong race fan.  Times are tough and I'm considering parting with it.saw this site and am wondering what you think I should do with it and if you had any thoughts on it's value and How I would go about selling it to maximize my sale of it.
The last signature was Ricky Rudd and occurred last year at Louden.  After he signed it, someone offered me $10,000 for it and I said thanks but it's not for sale. That was then but I have been out of work for some time and can't eat it.

Can you tell me if anyone ever produced the phot that was requested?

Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated,
                                                                          Thanks,
                                                                                      Mike Shay

Answer
I do not know of anyone else that has the photo but that doesn't mean that nobody else in those stands took the same pic, just that nobody else came forward with it or knew anyone was looking for it. As for selling, don't know how you could go about selling it for what you were offered, I would think that even on ebay you might have trouble realizing that much.
