BMW Repair: 95 BMW 325i, bmw 325i, freon

We just bought a used BMW 325i and are really enjoying it except the AC is being flaky.  The air coming out is cold just can't get it to blow hard enough to cool off the car.  The heat seems to work just fine although it is hard to tell since it is like 105 degrees in Vegas every day and doesn't cool down at night.  Any ideas what to do to fix the problem?  We just had to replace almost the whole cooling system in the car the water pump, thermostat and radiator.

If it's blowing cold enough, there's enough freon.

Is the fan blowing full speed?  If it's not, it's likely the resistor.

If it's a black, interior, it may just be a matter of not having enough to get it taken care of.  (I have a black 325i).  Try having the sunroof open (tilted back).  It will draw out the hot air.  After it cools, close it.
