BMW Repair: 528 Central Locking problem, rear doors, glove box

Hello. I need some help re a March 2000 528i. The rear doors, petrol cap and boot are permanently locked and do not respond to remote, although can open boot manually. Initially was intermittent now permanent. Any ideas? Tx, Bill

Bill, I would replace the General Module (body controller)
It is a white module with three connectors behind the glove box. It has to be coded by the dealer to work properly. It contains all the central locking relays.
Report back if this fixes the issue.
