BMW Repair: 1992 750iL accesory problems, windshield washer fluid, bottom area

I just bought a 1992 750iL.  There are 3 items on the computer display; Brake Lite out, and windshield washer fluid low.  Both of these are not true.  SRS flashes all the time as well.  Also the door locking system doesn't work.  The front passenger door will not lock.  And the Drivers side window doesn't want to stay all the way up.  When I close it the window jumps a little when it gets to the top like it is slipping a gear.  How serious are these problems?

Brakelights: check left and right brakelights including the 3rd brakelight in the middle, if all works, then there is a bad bulb/bulb socket contact that is triggering the check brakelight
Windshield washer low: if the washer fluid level is normal, then the washer fluid level sensor is either unplugged or bad and should be replaced (see the bottom area of the washer tank)
SRS flashes: the car should be scanned for this since it is a safety issue
Front passenger door lock: most probably a bad door lock which should be replaced
Driver's side window: a classic case of a defective window regulator that should also be replaced.
