BMW Repair: AC/Heating, problem occured, bmw 525i

Question
I have a 2001 BMW 525I and currently no cold air or hot air is coming out of my vents when using the ac or heat at any speed or temp. Before this problem occured when using the AC it did blow cold air but there seemed to be no flow control. Meaning it would blow at full speed with it adjusted to the lowest speed and just completely be erratic. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Brian, The final stage resistor for the blower motor is faulty. Please replace it with updated resistor. Send me a post if you want instructions on how to replace it or you can reference some previous posts with the same recomendation. I believe I gave the instructions in there.
