Answer
Gary I need to know EXACTLY what parts were relaced (BMW name and part numbers). Also I need to know what faults were in your vehicle, i.e. the diagnostic print out from the dealer. You can request these copies from the dealer. This will help in the possibility of the Check Engine light comming back on. If the same fault returns then it is an unresolved problem and therefore still a warranty issue no mater what the mileage. You would have to pay the one hour initial computer diagnosis fee, but if the fault is the same as the original fault then it should be refunded. Get these copies will you still have time off work.
