Try this first Troy, Check your battery and make sure it is charged and start checking for blown fuses and relays.  Let me know how that turns out and we can go from there.

no blown fuses and replaced the main, the fuel pump, and the o2 senor relays.still no start.does the fusible link go to the main relay and the ignition switch?because if the power has to go through that link, into the ignition switch,to the ecu, into the fuel pump relay.then that means, that is my problem.what do you think?thank troy

Answer
Ok, I don't know if this is on your car, but on the newer ones the battery has a bst cable on it.  And that is basically a fuseable link.  If that cable blows then it kills the battery power to the fuel pump and the computer.  Check to see if your's has one and if it does then check to see if it is allowing current to pass through it from the battery to the fuel pump etc...Take a test light and turn your ignition switch on.  Probe the hot wire to the fuel pump with the test light and see if you have power.  Let me know how that turns out..
