Dodge Repair: 1999 Dodge Quad Cab 1500 Door Latch, panel fasteners, door latch

Question
Left rear latch loose at bottom of door.  Purchased torx drivers and tighened screws but there seems to be something loose inside door as latch is still loose and it rattles.  Not sure how to remove door panel to gain visual access to problem

REMOVAL
Remove the screws attaching the cargo door pull cup to the cargo door Cargo Door Trim Panel
Remove the screw attaching the inside release handle to the cargo door
NOTE: The cargo door trim panel is secured to the cargo door with spring clips and push-in fasteners Cargo Door Trim Panel Fasteners

Using a trim panel removal tool, remove the push-in fasteners attaching the trim panel to the cargo door.
Pull the trim panel outward to disengage the spring clips.
Separate the trim panel from the cargo door.
Disengage the cargo door release cable from the inside release handle Cargo Door Release Cable
INSTALLATION
Engage the cargo door release cable to the inside release handle Cargo Door Release Cable
Position the trim panel on the cargo door.
Align all fasteners and starting at the top of the panel, push into place to secure.
Install the screw attaching the inside release handle to the cargo door.
Install the screws attaching the cargo door pull cup to the cargo door Cargo Door Trim
