If you are talking about a code that the computer is bringing up or trying to reset a check engine light or something of that nature, then yes taht can be reset. But not rebooted. To do that, you will need a hand held scanner that pluges into the obd socket under the hood and under the steering wheel. And then you would go from there. But the scanners are not cheap.
