GMC Repair: 2003 gmc envoy, auto body shop, gmc envoy

hi i have a 2003 gmc envoy slt yesterday battery light appeard and in digital board read battery not chargin we charged it over night it was good till i drove home and it is complety dead!!!! how do i no if it is just battery or alternator or both its soooooo frustating?

Do this go to auto zone or checkers or whom ever they will check both alternator and battery and starter. Now heres a question for you does it automatically start when its charged or does it slowly crank if its slow to crank it may be the starter. But have them check those first ok Stefanie/ Now just for you to know if it needs any of these find a auto body shop. The reason for this stefanie is the labor rate is a heck of a lot less like 80.00 to 110.0 from a mechanical shop. Good luck
