In an automobile two things are most common. One is chaffed or pinched wires, the second is a faulty unit. First thing to do when a fuse blows is hook up an ohm-meter to the item(s) on the circuit and base a decision on the ohms reading. Next hook up the ohm-meter to the fuse output and ground. A reading of .3 to .0 will indicate a dead short in most cases. However, if diagnosing a starter circuit a conventional ohm-meter will not work because the wires in the winding are of such a large gauge (a perfectly good starter will give an ohm reading of .3 or even lower).
AnswerBy your question I am led to believe you do not know how to use an ohm-meter. So, just disconnect each lead to the power windows in turn to see if the problem goes away. After that you may have to remove the instrument panel to find the problem. There is no magic quick fix to your problem as far as I know.
