Please could you tell me how to repair my 3 speakers on doors in my car 2 front speakers and off did rear not working.

If it is the speakers themselves then they must be replaced - which is no easy job because the door coverings must be removed in a way that they can be replaced without damage.

However, it may not be the speakers; it may be the wiring has come loose from one of the connectors or the audio amplifier is defective.  You really need to have a technical person troubleshoot the system to determine what must be done.
