Audio Systems: Ford Taurus CD Magazine, ford taurus, cd magazine

QUESTION: I have a 6 CD magazine in the trunk of my 1998 Ford Taurus, but suddenly the CD player won't play.  All the other audio systems--radio, tape player work fine.  I can see the CDs from the magazine but they will not eject.  When I press the eject button it makes a noise but still won't eject the magazine.  I took it to the Ford dealer where I bought the car, but they weren't able to help me with the audio system. How can I have this problem fixed REASONABLY or at least get the CDs out of the magazine.  I first found out about this problem when I pressed CD on the dash and it came up "NO CD"..

ANSWER: you have to remove the cd and open the unit there is a small plastic level under the cd magazine that will remove the cds magazine manually
after that put it all back together
and try again this time with one cd in the cd magazine

QUESTION: The CD magazine in encased in a black box that I cannot budge to get under the magazine.  How do I get under the magazine if I can't move the box?  As I said before when I press the button to eject, nothing happens & I can't to get under the magazine but the box is in the way and you can't move the box.  I hope I'm making myself clear :)

Sorry no you are not
