Audio Systems: cd changer, ford lincoln mercury, eddie bauer edition

Question
I just got a 97 eddie bauer edition explorer and the cd changer does not work well it say's "bad cd" and switch's back to radio. Do I need to replace the changer? If so where can I get one?

yes bad cd or no cd
means that the cd changer is defective and it will need a new laser pick u system ,
or you can also replace it
