Audio Systems: new system!, gauge wiring, vw passat

I own a 2006 VW Passat, with a trunk. just recently had a Pioneer 6.1 dvd head unit installed along with a TMA (total mobile authority) 500.1 amp and 2 kicker comp. VR12's in a ported enclosure. First have you had any expienence with TMA amps, i know they are made by JL Audio. The bass is not exactly what I was expecting, almost no high bass and the low is just allot of rattling. The bass hits hard on the first note, but does not hold hard bass. 4 gauge wiring is ran all the way. can i seal this box or will that throw off the dimensions? The TMA is max out, its supposedly big enough to handle these subs. everything is running at 2 ohms. The last car i had two audiobahn 10s that kill these 12s, can you help?

where did you get that from the seller ?fleamarket or ebay

go outside take it out of the car and put it in the corner from tomorrow garbage collection
get your self a real amplifier
