Audio Systems: FACTORY TOYOTA REAR SPEAKERS, kenwood cd player, rear speakers

Question
I recently replaced factory stereo with new kenwood cd player.  All speakers
worked.  But, now the rear, factory amplified, speakers don't work.  They
worked before with the factory cassette deck.  I checked the wires all hooked
correctly.  I can recheck.  But, does the factory amp, not allow the cd player to
work?  It is a 1993 toyota pickup sr5 ext cab.  When I removed the cover, I
saw a bunch of electronic stuff, figuring it is a factory amp.  Not just to
speaker wires.
Please help?
Thanks

Answer
and the front are going to stop very soon the amplifier got damage because you didn't use this for the installation

the output of the factory toyota radio is 1 watt per cahnnel ,that is the reason why it need the amplifier to get the power to 20wwats to the speakers
now you just input a lot of power from the new radio to the amplifier  you need to remove and rewire the radio
good luck
