Audio Systems: Ebrake and in dash dvd players, liability issues, rewire

how can u surpass the E brake when u have an in dash dvd player, so that when i am driving i can have a dvd playing.

It would depend on the vehicle and the dvd system is uses.
Probably a simple relay that only allows it to power up when the ebrake is engaged. It is there so that you can pay the needed attention to the traffic when driving.
Take it to any local pro and they might fix you up with a rewire of the ebrake kill-the-dvd function.
I will not sit here and tell you step by step how to be unsafe. There are liability issues involved if you were to be in an accident and had it playing when it is obvioulsy not intended to be watched while underway.
