Audio Systems: factory/ factory radio swap, honda passport, radio swap


Question
Currently own 1995 honda passport , missing the radio , I do have a factory am/fm casette , with an addon Cd player from an 1996  Honda passport  ,,,,, Honda does list a different radio for the 94/95 model year radio , It has no ability to plug in a CD player , I did obtain a Radio for 1996 /97 model year with an aux Cd Deck just jacks into the back of radio , My concern or need of fit is , "Have"? the power/speaker wires ( harness in the dash ) in the power/speaker plug that goes to the back of the radio been Re arranged ???? ,,,,,,, Can I just do the hardware install , or do I need cut and Rearrange the wires to pin configuration ???????  where can I get a wire / pin configuration schematic for the 94/95 , as well as the 96/97 ,Or for that matter , a schematic of what the pin configuration is For the Radio ,,,,,, Its easie enough to test or trace out the vehicle wires , I need know what the radio requires , "Help"  ,,, I can do all for the vehicle necessary , No way to tell what the radio requires ,  Tony

Looks like the plug did not change from 1986 to 1997. The 1997 & 1998 models were then the same going forward. If it plugs in, it will usually work fine. They change the plug on purpose, to show that it is different.
