Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Husky Tractor, proper manuals, hydrostatic transmission

Question
Good Evening. I have a Husky LTH130 with a Hydrostatic transmission and after about 30 minutes of moving, I start to loose power when going up even the smallest incline. Going down hill is not a problem. I have replaced the belt already and I continue to have the problem (although not as bad). Could this be an issue with transmission? I notice it gets extremely hot when I am done. Is there a way to check the fluid and possible add some? I cannot seem to find a plug?

Answer
Hello Christopher:

On the Transaxle is an OEM Identification Plate. Send me the Information Off of This Plate, Please. With this Information, I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist You. If the Transaxle is Heating Up and the Fluid is Thinning, then the Transaxle Will Respond as you Described. It May be Low on Fluid. Thanks.
