Audio Systems: RCA RT2760 wiring question, rca rt2760, gauge

Related to recent question regarding gauge of wire for this system....  I need to solder on approximately 25 feet of 16 gauge wire to what is provided.   Will there be a noticeable degradation because of this?  

Answer
No. This is a short distance and 16 gauge is sufficient.

If you were concerned about it, just increase the gauge to 12 and that will be more than sufficient.

See the chart at the bottom of the Klipsch page above; it will guide you.  You are safe with 16 gage to 48 feet according to the great Paul Klipsch.
