Good morning Kelly! I've a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant with the OEM 100 watt 4 speaker AM/FM/CD system. I'd like to install the OEM 210 watt 7 speaker Infinity system from a Galant GTZ, and would like to know what is needed from the donor vehicle(Infinity head unit,2-front 2-rear speakers,amp)? Is this a direct swap and are tweeters part of the 7 speaker sytem? Also is the center channel the "amp"? Your help as well as your time is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reviewing my inquiry!

You are undertaking a lareg project. I have some questions for you first. Is the donor car (GTZ) salvage? As in, can you strip it for free/cheap, or will you be paying for every item?
The reason I'm asking is you might be better off going aftermarket. You may have to strip the whole harness from the donor car is the problem.

You are welcome. Be methodical in checking the harnesses against each other, perhaps you will be lucky and not have to swap the entire harness. I recently upgraded my fiancee's Pacifica with the OEM subwoofer out of a salvage Pacifica, and I only had to swap the sub and the radio brain. the wires were already there. Very rare in my experience.
