Audio Systems: Car stereo install, 2005 nissan altima, nissan altima

I own a 2005 Nissan Altima SE. Does not have the Bose system, but is equipped with steering wheel controls including volume control and mode funtions. My question is: Is there a high end head unit made that I can install and keep the integrity of my steering wheel functions?

You should contact your local Nissan dealer to see what kind of premium stereo options that they offer. The 2004 and 2005 models are still too new for my upkeep on the service manuals and high end stereo units.
