Audio Systems: cd stuck?, mitsibushi eclipse, ball point pen

Hi I have a Mitsibushi Eclipse 4 years old with anice Bose system. I put in a Cd (a little beat up I must admit) and now it's stuck in there. Its a four cd changer. I always use number four only. When it is on the green load light stays on but nothing will eject. And the E message is on with no disc message. It won't eject or play. Can you help? I don't know anything about mechanics so if its something I need to take in what should they be charging me? Thanks

Any number of problems/causes can make a CD jam inside a player. A dirty/oily disc, slippery rollers or even a slightly bent disc. The problem may also be a mechanical one, something might be out of alignment. Take a look around the front panel for a reset button, this reset may be a very small button that you will need to activate with a ball point pen tip. If a cleaning of the rollers and a reset fails you may want to call a shop that repairs car stereos, try to stay away from the dealers they will only charge you more for being the middle men since the dealers send their radios out for repair.
