Audi Repair: A/C, transmission oil change, ac works

My Audi is 2001 A6 2.8. I have 2 questions:
1)The air conditioner couldn¡¯t work properly: when push AUTO button, only ventilate (no cool air comes out); push DEFROSTE button only ventilate; AC works when push¡± inner cycle¡± button on, I am wondering if this problem is repairable, if it is repairable, could you give me an estimate price?
2) How much for its transmission oil change?
3) How much for its coolant and all A/C relative hoses?

I can't tell what is the problem, Someone has to check for faults, there has to be somethig in A/C control head(08)
Trans fluid is lifetime (as per audi) and it's not cheap on autotrans. You will need 6Qt of fluid , gasket and filter. Labor will run from 1 to 2 hours. (250 - 350 US $)
coolant flush is more important, try to do it every 30-40 K
(about 100$) Make sure it's RED , DO NOT MIX WITH GREEN
