Unfortunately, this would be considered an open question with so many possibilities and trying to assist over the internet anf give you the correct answer without being at the vehicle is not possible. I honestly would not know where to begin. However, with that being said, don't lose hope. I am going to suggest acquiring one of the best diagnostic tools that will save you tons of cash by finding the exact problem without guess work changing out perfectly good parts and it will save you money on future problems. This tool is a 1992 Cadillac Deville factory service manual. This is what we as techs at the dealership relied on, which worked quite well. Check on Craigs or Ebay to see if you can purchase one.
