Cadillac Repair: turn signal flasher, fuse block, turn signal flasher

i own a 1993 cadillac sedan de ville and the turn signals don't work. the hazard light work so do the brake lights and the parking lights.i was wondering where the turn signal flasher is located on this year of caddi

Hi Scott,

      For some reason there really isn't a set place under the steering column/behind the dash that the flasher goes. As a rule of thumb if you turn on the lights that flash and find that flasher then the other one isn't too far from it. Sometimes it is mounted on the metal bracket where the steering column bolts at the top. Sometimes it can be behind the fuse block area. Hopefully it will show itself. Bill
