Cadillac Repair: 1993 trunk and rear strip light, electrical schematics, strip light

My 1993 Seville has a trunk problem. It will not close automatically, so I have to slam it in order to close it. What could be wrong? Also, the LED strip light in the back of the car is only partially lit when I step on the brakes. How can I fix it? Thanks.

Your trunk problem requires a replacement of the PULL DOWN MOTOR assembly. Your light bar requires replacement.
