Cadillac Repair: 93ETC 4.6L 9, engine vacuum, e mail

Stalls & won't restart till it cools, no codes, check eng. having trouble getting problem solved. They replaced PCM RE 3.670 &  map sensor 3.682 & damaged ECM what are these parts? did they make a mistake on my sheet of repairs PCM replaced but & ECM was damaged & not on the parts list. The car is now acting up again with similar problem. Help

The PCM and the ECM are the same thing. This is your vehicles computer. a MAP sensor is a vacuum operated sensor that senses engine vacuum changes and sends a signal to the computer to increase the amount of fuel going into the engine.
