my 91 eldorado wont turn over due to the anti theft system is there any way to fix the problem without spending alot of money

You can try by-passing the system by disconnecting the 2 wire leads that run thru the steering colmun from the ignition key lock to the 2 wire connector under the dash.

Measure the key's resistance and install a resistor of the same ohms reading in the 2 wires going to the pass-key module and it shostart unless you have a pass-key problem of which you will need several electrical schematics that you can get from Cadillactech@hush.ai
