Cadillac Repair: 94 STS losing battery charge, negative battery cable, amp meter

Question
I have a 94 STS(northstar) whose battery keeps going dead if it sits with the key off, and locked in the garage for more that a few hours. I have re-charged the battery and the last test I did was to disconnect the ground and hook a test light between the ground cable and battery ground(w/key off) The light was bright. I pulled every fuse and cannot find what is drawing all the power. Something seams to be draining the battery. Any help would be appreciated. OOH, and what kinda voltage should I see with the key off doing this test with a meter? I am sure there should be some for memeries in the car, I just don't know where to look next...ALSO, I have checked to make sure there are no lights or any switches on, and the light delay is turned off, as well as the switch to close the roof when the key is removed. I pulled those fuses anyway and never found what is draining the power.
Thanks in advance!
John

Answer
You CANNOT use a test light as the computers draw battery amperage at ALL TIMES.

You need to put an AMP METER in between the negative battery terminal and the negative battery cable and see what amperage is being drawn with everything OFF.

Maximum amperage draw is !/2 amp. Start pulling fuses until the amperage drops if you exceed this maximum.
