Cadillac Repair: Bleeding the Brakes, tank leaks, vacuum line

I have a 91'caddilac and i have to push the brakes all the way to the floor and just the other day the car cut off when i pushed on the brake now i receieved many answers vacum tank ,leaks in brakelines ,mastercylinder, and the  guy that sold me the car said they just needed to be bleed 1st so my question to you sir is what do you think that sounds like.

You can check the vacuum line to see if theres any restriction in it, but it sounds like there is a problem with the master cylinder, or possibly worn out pads. Brakes are not something you should even attempt to fix if youve never been shown the proper way to diagnose and repair it, and i honestly cant diagnose something liek this over the internet, but you can check the things i wrote above. good luck.
