I had this 1991 seville given to me because the last guy could not figure the problem it has the 4.9 turn the key and it will not turn over i tried toget the codes by pushing the off warmer on heater control . also when i hook up the battery the heater fan comes on please help thanks Thom

As for the fan running all the time this is modt likely caused by the POWER MODULE.
What display did you get when you simultaneously pushed and held the OFF and WARMER buttons for 3 seconds ?.

You most likely hvae a fault with the BCM computer.
When you turn ON the ignition to try and start the engine, Do you hear any clicking or anything ?. Do any of the dasgh lights illiminate (oil, Check engine, etc, etc?).
all the lights come on and i hear some light clicking from the pass side thank you Thom
AnswerThat clicking is the starting relay that most likely has you locked out from starting the car due to the ECM problem.
