Cadillac Repair: def Blower motor keeps running, cadillac elderado, blower fan

1989 Cadillac Elderado/v8  My defroster blower won't shut off even when turned off or ignition is turned off.  I have unplugged the blower for now, any ideas?

You need to replace either the POWER MODULE for the blower fan and or the AC-Heater programmer.
