Cadillac Repair: 96 Deville AC problems ( Please Help), concorse, vacuum pump

I am having trouble with my ac. In the dash my car won't swith from (Econ to auto) so my ac will not work. I replaced the temp control in the dash but I am still having problems. I have also replaced the relay and added freon. If you could help me I would be greatly appreciated.

You need to completly empty the system of feron.

Replace the orifice tube.

Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump.

Add 2 cans of freon and check system for leaks.

If no leaks, add maximum amount of freon per manufacturers instructions.
