Cadillac Repair: ac, cadillac coupe deville, chevy caprice

1983 cadillac coupe deville. 4.1 liter, fuel injected.

ac blows out of only two vents, in addition it doesn't blow cold, not necessarily blowing hot, but it doest blow cold. i also have  a 1989 chevy caprice are the ac systems interchangeable, because it blows colder than a polar bears toe nail. anything i can do on my own.

They are NOT compatable. Are the A/C lie and the accumulator COLD to the touch when the A/C is running. If NOT you myay be low on freon.

If your A/C does not blow out of the center vents this is usually caused by a vacuum leak to the programmer.
