Cadillac Repair: eldorado no start, coolant system, cranks

I have a 93 Eldorado with the 4.9L. It overheated and then would not start. It cranks, has spark(orange and weak) and gas. I pressured checked the coolant system and found a leaking hose. I repaired it and retested it, It didn't leak down at all. This leads me to believe I didn't blow a gasket is there any other way to tell? What should I check next?

I tried pulling the codes like you said but nothing comes up, I did it several times and the screen just goes blank. Any ideas?

Try it again:

1. Ignition ON, Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and FAN UP buttons until all the display segments display.

3. Codes will appear. Write them down.

4. You will see PCM?

5. Turn OFF ignition.



If you still get no displays on anything like the above


I would replace the ignition coil due to the weak spark.
