Cadillac Repair: Shortened question, throttle return spring, throttle shaft

92 deville recent throttle body cleaning, now vehicle has high pitched squeak and does not decelerate on its own beyond 15mph, thanks

Without the past repair history and WHY the cleaning was necessary and IF this was the reason WHY the cleaning was done, I need to know all of these questions as well as the current mileage.

Possibilitiesare:

1. Throttle plates sticking in the body.
2. Worn throttle shaft.
3. Faulty TPS sensor causing linkage to stick.
4. Base idle screw misadjusted.
5. Weak throttle return spring.
6. Misaligned or misadjusted throttle cable,
7. Vacuum hose leak.
8. Intake manifold leak.
9. Gasket laek at base of throttle body.
