HI TIM,,WELL A TRANSMISSION REBUILT AND INSTALLED EST, $2000. TO $2300.00 FUEL INJECTOR VORTEC $650.00 I GUESS IF THE TRUCK IS IN GOOD SHAPE MAYBE IT IS WORTH IT. IF YOU ARE DOING THE WORK IT WILL BE ALOT LESS THEN ABOVE ESTIMATE..THIS IS REALLY UP TO YOU IF THE TRUCK IS WORTH THIS OR NOT. I GUESS IF I WERE IN THIS SPOT I WOULD SEE WHAT THE TRUCK IS WORTH AND GO FROM THERE..I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU,,,, TOM..
