Chevrolet Repair: 2003 cavalier buzzing/growling noise, wheel bearing, car speed

03 cavy with 145k on odometer. New hubs left right, new struts, alignment, wheels rotated. Horrible buzzing/growling noise from front end when driving 90km/h and up. Sounds like a prop plan throttling up. Speeds up as car speed increases, but rpms have no effect. Have changed both bearing at front and back with top quality ones but they have no effect on the noise and I have tried showing to different mechanics no one seems to find the problem.I would really appreciate your help.

This is one of those cases where being there is the only way i would be likely to
find the problem on this one. I have not seen this except when the wheel bearing/hub
is going bad. you already fixed this. and i assume this was done to try and solve the
problem not the problem showing up after repair?

Did you try rotating the tires and seeing it the noise changes location ?
