Chevrolet Repair: Heater, ingage, blower motor

The blower motor for heat and a/c will not run. The blower is fine and the fuse and relay are ok. When you turn the switch on with the vehicle off you can hear the plate in front of the pulley for the a/c ingage but nothing happens

You have not told me what vehicle you have but most manual heater systems use the same parts. If the fuse is good it could it could be a defective switch, blower resistor, or high blower relay. It's usually rare that the blower motor is inop on all speeds, unless the blower motor is defective.
