Truck blows 4x4 fuse instantly. What could be the possible cause? Also is there a way to engage front diff. to make all time 4-wheel drive?

This is out of my expertese but I know the transmission guys at the dealership I worked at have replaced a lot of front differential motors for that complaint. I'm pretty sure there is a bulletin on it and the motor has been revised.
